I completed my Ph.D. at Advanced Technology Development Centre, IIT Kharagpur, under the guidance of Prof. Sudip Misra, in the Smart Wireless Applications and Networking Lab., Department of Computer Science and Engineering. My research area is IoT with a special focus on Sensor-Cloud. I served as Senior Research Fellow of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Govt. of India from May 2017. I am also co-founder and director of SensorDrops Networks Pvt. Ltd. Prior to my Ph.D., I completed my MS (by Research) from the School of Information Technology, IIT Kharagpur, under the same supervisor. I completed my B. Tech in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). After completion of my B. Tech, I worked as a "Network Engineer" in IntecInfonet, New Delhi.

My research interests include Sensor Networks and IoT with Healthcare, Agriculture, Smart traffic, and UAV Networks applications.

Apart from research, I love to do photography and pencil sketch. Craft making is another interest of mine. I love to travel to different countries and explore cultural diversity.
